TOTW 18 Predictions
We have a leaked prediction list for Team of the Week 18, and for once, it’s not just discard value cards. There are some serious names here that could slot into competitive squads. Based on weekend performances, here is who we expect to see in Red Picks:
Raphinha (91 LM): After a stellar showing for Barcelona, Raphinha is predicted to headline the squad. With 93 Pace and 89 Dribbling, this card will be a nightmare on the wing.
Ewa Pajor (89 ST): A predicted in-form to match her POTM. She’s been tearing it up for Barcelona Femeni. 88 Pace and 89 Shooting make her lethal.
Michael Olise (87 RM): The Bayern winger is finally getting some recognition. Great dribbling stats (88), but that 52 Defense means he is strictly an attacker.
Rúben Neves (87 CM): A solid midfield option with 90 Passing. He lacks the pace (80) to be top-tier meta, but he’s a great distributor.
Caroline Weir (87 CM): Another Real Madrid star. 87 Dribbling and Passing, but difficult to link outside of Liga F/Scottish hybrids.
Lucas Chevalier (86 GK): A solid keeper option for Ligue 1 squads.
TOTY Team XI Leaks
The big one. The Team of the Year XI has leaked, and as expected, it is terrifying. If these stats hold up, the power curve is about to skyrocket.
Kylian Mbappé (96 ST): The cover star. 98 Pace, 96 Shooting. He will be the best card in the game, bar none.
Erling Haaland (95 ST): The Viking returns. 97 Shooting and 94 Physical. He will bully every defender in the game.
Ousmane Dembélé (97 RW): A massive surprise rating. 99 Pace and 98 Dribbling? This card is essentially a cheat code.
Pedri (96 CM): The technical master. 97 Dribbling and 94 Passing. He will run midfields for months.
Virgil van Dijk (96 CB): The final boss of defending. 96 Defense and 94 Physical. Good luck getting past him.
Objectives Grind: World Tour Silver Superstars
For the grinders and NMS players, we have a new Silver Lounge style objective. It’s time to dust off those silver cards.
Requirement: Min. 3 Silver Superstars in your squad. You have 35 attempts to get it done in Solo or Co-Op.
The Rewards: This is purely a fodder farm. You are playing for a 5x 86+ pack, 3x 84+, and a stack of 10x 82+ and 10x 81+ packs.
Verdict: Must Do. With TOTY around the corner, stocking up on high-rated packs like the 5x 86+ is essential. It’s free fodder. Grind it out.
SBC Spotlight
EA dropped a mix of nostalgia and meta today. We’ve crunched the numbers so you don't have to waste your coins.
Gareth Bale (88 RW/ST, ~986k): Avoid. Huge nostalgia tax. 1 million coins for an 88-rated card with decent stats is terrible value this close to TOTY.
Pedro (87 RW, ~148k): Pass. 5-star weak foot is nice, but 148k for an 87-rated winger is overpriced. Should have been cheaper.
Liga F POTM Pajor (89 ST, ~121k): Okay. A decent price for a 5-star finisher, but with her IF coming and TOTY around the corner, she’s not essential.
87+ Hero Pick (~107.5k): Risky. It's cheap, but the weight is usually poor. Only do this if you like gambling.
Sofia Jakobsson (86 RW, ~18.7k): Skip. Cheap fodder price, but poor links and average stats. Irrelevant.

Current Status: Bearish / Panic Selling
The market is taking a hit. The Index 100 is down significantly as players panic sell their teams to liquidate coins for Team of the Year.
Buying: If you are looking for high-end gold meta cards (like Mbappe, Putellas, Vini Jr.), keep an eye out. They are dropping as people fear the TOTY power creep.
Selling: Sell your 83s and 84s. The "Index 84" is down 5.55%, meaning supply is high and demand is low. If you have 86s (down 6.65%), you might want to hold until a better SBC drops that spikes demand.
Avoid: Don't buy mid-tier icons right now ("Index Icons" down 2.05%). They will likely crash further once the TOTY icons hit packs.

Two new Evos dropped today. One is a stat booster, the other is purely cosmetic.

The Play: It’s free, so there is no harm in doing it. It’s a great way to fix a winger or midfielder who has good dribbling but terrible distribution.
Verdict: Complete. It costs nothing and makes a fodder card potentially usable in an objective lounge.
Time Warp Icon (25k Coins / 150 FC Points)
Upgrades: Cosmetic only (Card design change).
The Play: You are paying 25k to change the picture on a card.
Verdict: Hard Pass. Do not spend coins on this. It’s an L Evo.
