The "Bakery" Twist is Coming Friday
The beloved FUT Birthday promo is back, but with a game-changing mechanic. According to the leaks, these cards are dropping with zero base PlayStyles and no PlayStyle+ traits out of the box!
Instead, gamers will get to handpick and completely customize their ideal PlayStyle combinations via the new FUT Birthday 'Bakery' Evolutions tab.
You'll get to choose from 8 base PlayStyles and 2 PlayStyle+ traits from 30 outfield options. This is a massive shift from the usual 5-star weak foot or skill move upgrades!

Lamine Yamal (92 RM) & Cristiano Ronaldo (92 ST): Absolute top-tier chase items that will dictate the weekend league.
Saint-Maximin (92 RW) & Yildiz (91 CAM): Flashy attackers ready to break ankles.

We only have a couple of SBCs to look at today. Here is what belongs in your team and what belongs in the bin:
1 of 4 88+ Campaign Mix Player Pick (~116K): Gamble. This pick gives you a shot at Joga Bonito, Unbreakables, Winter Wildcards, Time Warp, or TOTY HM cards. It's a bit pricey and definitely risky, but if you're feeling lucky or your club is overflowing with high-rated untradeables, it's an okay roll of the dice.
Fantasy FC Waldemar Anton (89 CB, ~76K): Pass. He has decent stats and isn't terribly priced, but at this stage of the game cycle, he just won't be beneficial to most players. Save your coins and fodder for the weekend.

Fodder Fluctuations: Low-tier fodder is crashing hard, with Index 81 down 16.78%. However, mid-to-high tier fodder is bouncing back thanks to the new SBCs: Index 84 is up 2.35%, Index 85 is up 8.14%, and Index 86 is up 3.09%.
Strategy: If you didn't sell your meta team already, hold — you're selling at the bottom of the panic. Keep your 84-86 rated fodder to sell when demand peaks for Friday's big SBCs, and consider reinvesting in cheap 81-83s while they are at rock bottom.
