Zico (92 CAM - Icon): The white Pelé returns. 5-star/5-star capability with maxed-out passing and dribbling. He will be the most expensive card in the drop.
Lothar Matthäus (91 CM - Icon): The ultimate interceptor. High defense, high shooting, high pace. He is the endgame CDM we’ve been waiting for.
Pedri (90 CM): Barcelona’s golden boy gets a massive boost. With 92 Dribbling and mid-80s Pace, he is finally usable in the elite division.
Rodrygo (89 RW): 93 Pace and 91 Dribbling. He’s going to be the most annoying winger to play against. Pure sweat.
Lauren James (89 ST / 89 RM): A dual release. The Striker version will likely have the physicals to bully fullbacks, while the RM version offers pure speed.
Objectives Grind: Ultimate Gauntlet 7
For the NMS (No Money Spent) warriors, the Gauntlet returns, and EA has finally made it accessible. You don't need to sweat for wins this time; it's all about playing the game.
The Reward: Marcos Llorente (87 RM/CM). He is the definition of Gullit Gang. High pace, high defense, high physical. He can play anywhere.
The Grind: The requirements are incredibly simple:
Play 3 Matches: 3x 81+ Rare Gold Packs.
Score In 7: 10× 82+ Rare Gold Packs.
Score In 11: Marcos Llorente + 3× 86+ Rare Gold Packs.
Verdict: Do it. Llorente stays in teams until February. The fodder packs along the way are just a bonus.
SBC Spotlight
Monday content is usually quiet, but EA decided to drop a nuclear bomb of SBCs today. Here is the definitive verdict:
Raphaël Guerreiro (87 LB, ~52k) — Huge W. This is the standout. For 50k, you get 92 Passing and 91 Dribbling. He is a midfielder disguised as a fullback. Must complete.
Paulo Dybala (89 CAM, ~126k) — Worth It. The 5-star weak foot upgrade is massive. His playstyles (Finesse+, Technical) make him deadly around the box. A fair price for a top-tier CAM.
Manuel Locatelli (87 CDM, ~96k) — Mid. He’s just okay. Poor shooting, average pace, and clunky agility. Save your fodder.
Mohammed Kudus (87 RW, ~223k) — Overpriced. 200k+ for a card that feels stiff in bad gameplay? No thanks. There are tradeable options for 50k that do the same job.
Lewis Hall (86 LB, ~124.5k) — L. Way too expensive for a generic fullback. Guerreiro is half the price and twice the player.
Alessandro Buongiorno (86 CB, ~83.5k) — Pass. Not good enough. Low reactions and composure will cost you games.
87+ Base or Thunderstruck Icon Upgrade (~227.8k) — Gamble. It’s expensive, but the pool includes some big wins. If you have untradeable fodder rotting, take a shot.
1 of 3 Base Icon Player Pick (~327k) — SCAM ALERT. Do not touch this. The weight is horrendous (expect Rush, Suker, or base Laudrup). The price is astronomical for a pick that will likely give you nothing. Stay away.

Buying Meta: The panic is real. With Winter Wildcards Team 2 leaking, gold meta cards like Mbappé, Vini Jr, and Putellas are dropping. If you have liquid coins, buy your team now before they rebound on Thursday.
Selling Fodder: On the flip side, the SBC content (Icon Pick, Dybala) has spiked fodder prices. 84s and 85s are flying. If you have tradeable fodder in your club, list it immediately. You are sitting on easy profit.
Hold: Do not sell your high-tier promo cards (like Thunderstruck Icons) just yet. They are out of packs and holding value better than golds.
Evolutions
Two new Evos dropped, and one is a complete disaster.
Chilling Wingback (Cost: 40k)
The Problem: EA capped "Max Positioning" at 64. This restricts almost every usable fullback in the game.
Verdict: Flop. Unless you have a specific silver card you love, this is the worst Evo of the year. Do not spend 40k on this.
Passing Perfectionist (Cost: 35k)
The Boosts: Grants Incisive Pass+ and Pinged Pass.
Verdict: Solid. It doesn't give huge stat boosts, but for a midfielder, the PlayStyles are game-changing. If you have a CM with good stats but bad passing traits, this makes them elite. Worth a look.
