The mid-week content drop is here, and it is substantial. We have a fresh Team of the Week that actually offers some meta-relevant cards, a massive leak for the upcoming Future Stars promo that includes some scary-looking Icons, and a mixed bag of SBCs that ranges from must-do to hard pass. Plus, EA has dropped a free Evolution to keep us busy while we wait for Friday.

Promo & Event Updates
Team Of the Week 20
This week’s black-and-gold selection is surprisingly top-heavy. While there is the usual discard-price filler, the top end features players who can genuinely slot into competitive teams right now.
Beth Mead (88 RM): The highest-rated card this week. She’s incredibly agile with cracked passing stats. She feels much smoother on the ball than her 88 rating suggests, making her a nuisance on the wing.
Nico Schlotterbeck (87 CB): A big, fast center-back. His recovery speed is excellent, and he has the physical presence to bully attackers. A very solid Bundesliga defensive option.
Mikel Oyarzabal (87 ST): Not the fastest, but his positioning is elite. A reliable striker who finishes everything in the box, though he might struggle in behind against rapid defenders.
Matheus Cunha (87 LM): A standout performer. With smooth dribbling and strong shooting, he offers a great offensive outlet. He can play effectively as a CF or LM.
Endrick (86 ST): The featured star and arguably the most exciting card here. Explosive pace combined with deadly finishing makes him a pure meta striker. He will play well above his stats.
Federico Dimarco (87 LB): A very well-rounded fullback with great crossing and defensive awareness.
Promo Takeaways
Best Cards: Endrick is the headline act here despite the lower rating — he fits the meta perfectly. Schlotterbeck is a legitimate option for high-line defenses.
Value: Locatelli (86 CDM) is a budget beast; he’s cheap, solid defensively, and very clean on the ball. Mead is also great value for the performance she offers.
Trash: Drommel (84 GK) has inconsistent animations and leaks easy goals. Baas (84 CB) is far too slow for this stage of the game; avoid him unless you need fodder.
Promo Leaks: Future Stars
The leaks are out for Friday’s promo, and Future Stars is looking massive. The power curve is about to shift with some huge upgrades for young talents and some incredible Icon inclusions.
Mia Hamm (95 ST): The headliner. 93 Pace, 94 Shooting. She’s going to be extinct or cost millions. A true endgame card.
Eusébio (94 ST): 95 Pace and 95 Shooting. He’s already broken; this version will be a nightmare to defend against.
Andrés Iniesta (94 CM): The midfield maestro returns with 93 Passing and 94 Dribbling. Expect him to control games effortlessly.
Estêvão (93 RW): The young Brazilian winger looks electric with 96 Pace and 96 Dribbling. A pure bold dribbler.
Doué (93 RW): Another rapid winger with 93 Pace and 96 Dribbling. Ligue 1 squads get another weapon.
Chiellini (92 CB): The veteran receives a Future Stars Icon card. With 96 Defending and 93 Physical, he is a brick wall.
Other notables: Nico Paz (93 CAM), Fermin (91 CAM), and Smith (91 LW).
SBC Spotlight
We have a mix of player SBCs and a grindable upgrade pack today. Here is where you should put your fodder:
25x 82+ Upgrade (~37K) — Must Do. This is excellent value. You can repeat this 10 times. It’s the perfect way to generate high-rated fodder for upcoming Future Stars SBCs. Do not skip this.
Christian Pulisic (90 CAM, ~185K) — Maybe. The stats are decent — 92 Pace and 93 Dribbling look fun, and the 5-star Skills are a nice touch. However, the links (Milan/USA) can be tricky for hybrids, and nearly 185k is steep for a card that is good but not great. Only do this if you are a massive fan.
Lautaro Martínez (91 ST, ~262K) — Hard Pass. This is overpriced. While 92 Shooting and 88 Dribbling are nice, paying over 260k for a striker with only one PlayStyle+ at this stage of the game is bad business. There are tradeable options on the market that perform better for cheaper. Save your coins.

Market Summary: The market is currently reacting to the influx of fodder SBCs and the anticipation of Friday's promo. The Index 100 (high-tier meta cards) has taken a hit, dropping 2.53%, as people liquidate ahead of Future Stars. However, the fodder market is alive and kicking.
Risers: The demand for SBCs has sent specific fodder ratings flying.
Index 84: Up a massive 12.07%.
Index 82: Up 5.02%.
Index 85: Up 5.19%. The 25x 82+ Upgrade is draining the supply of these mid-tier cards.
Strategy:
SELL: If you are holding tradeable 82s, 84s, or 85s, sell them now. You are selling into peak demand.
BUY: Keep an eye on the high-rated meta cards (Index 100). If they continue to drop, you might find a snipe during the Friday panic selling, but for now, stay liquid.
Evolutions
We have a new free Evolution today:
Line Breaker (Free)
Requirements: Max 86 OVR, CM Position, Max 1 PlayStyle+.
Upgrades: +18 Overall (if starting low), +15 Pace, +25 Passing, +15 Physical.
PlayStyle+: Incisive Pass.
Verdict: Decent. It’s free, so there is no harm in doing it. It gives massive upgrades to Passing (+25) and solid physical boosts. It won't turn a card into a Gullit-gang meta destroyer, but it is fantastic for taking a low-rated favorite or a silver card and making them usable for Objectives or fun squads.
It's a “for fun" Evo, not a competitive one.
Quick Hits
TOTW: Endrick is the meta pick; Schlotterbeck is the wall. Avoid Drommel.
Leaks: Future Stars is bringing huge heat with Hamm and Eusébio. Save packs.
SBCs: Grind the 82+ x25; skip Lautaro and Pulisic.
